How to sell websites without building them: you find the business, we build the site

You can sell websites to local businesses without building them yourself: send us a free work order with the business's details, logo and photos, and we build the site in 2 to 3 business days and e-mail you its address and your admin login. You set your own fee for setting it up and looking after it, and you keep all of it; the website itself is $30 a month, paid on the site.

For you, that means your hours go into finding businesses and looking after them, not into building and fixing sites.

Why it matters to you

Where your hours go

Building a small business site yourself means choosing a template, writing pages, sizing photos, setting up forms and checking it on a phone before the owner sees anything. Here, the work order replaces those hours: you collect what the business already has, and the finished site comes back to you.

The time you save is time for the next customer. How much you charge for that work is up to you: see how much to charge for a small business website.

The proof

What a work order asks for, and what comes back

The work order is one form per customer, and it is free. It asks for:

  • the business name, contact person, phone, city and type of business;
  • what the business does, in a few plain sentences;
  • its current website and social links (we gather words and photos from them);
  • the site name it wants (for example joes-pizza.intergine.com) and any domain it already owns;
  • up to 3 screenshots of websites the owner likes, with what they like about each;
  • the pages and features it needs (store, booking, forms, blog, events, members area, phone app and more);
  • its logo and its own photos.

Both ticks at the end are required: the customer agreed that you may send their details, and the information is true.

What comes back: the finished site, built in 2 to 3 business days, with its address and your admin login e-mailed to you. Your e-mail address is your webmaster ID and your login on every site we build for you.

The free iNterGine work order on a phone: business details, websites they like, pages and features, logo and photos

Before you show it to the owner, check every page on your phone: name, phone number, address, prices and hours (step 6 of Your first $150).

The proof

Show the owner a finished site in five minutes

Pick the demo closest to their kind of business and hand over your phone. Each trade guide has a five-minute walk-through for the meeting: restaurant, plumber, salon, and eight more on the guides page.

Say the whole price on the first day: the website's $30 a month and your own fee. Every new site starts with a free 30-day trial; if nobody subscribes, it closes by itself and nobody owes anything (Program Rules).

Fair is fair

When a reseller program fits better

Some website reseller programs let you sell websites under your own brand and pay the program per site. SiteSwan's pricing page, for example, says its resellers "can purchase additional sites in blocks for just $5/mo each" and offers "white label marketing materials" (read 7 November 2026). If selling under your own brand matters most to you, that model is made for it.

Here you do not buy sites or a builder: building is free, the business pays the $30 a month for its own site, and iNterGine takes no cut of your fee and pays no commission.

Once a business pays for its site, the site is theirs, and a domain stays in the customer's own name (Program Rules).

Questions

Questions before your first work order

Do I need to know how to build websites?

No. We build the site from your work order. You check it on your phone, show the owner, and show them how to change things themselves.

Does it cost me anything to send a work order?

No. Building the site is free. The website costs $30 a month once the business decides to keep it, paid on the site, by the business or by you on their behalf.

Can I send a work order for a business that already has a website?

Yes, with the owner's OK. Put their current address in the work order and we gather their words and photos from it.

Who owns the site?

Once the business pays for its site, the site is theirs. You are their webmaster, and your login works on it.

Can I promise the owner more customers or a top Google ranking?

No. Never promise rankings, sales or results that nobody can guarantee (Program Rules 5).
